How do I know that each piece is unique?: At Wheel and Chisel, we handmake each item with care. Every wooden, pottery, or hybrid piece is individually crafted by hand, by us, and in home using the best materials, locally sourced if possible.

What is your return policy?: Since each item is handmade and unique, we cannot accept returns at this time. If there is an issue with damage during shipping or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us directly at wheelandchisel@gmail.com. Additionally, if an item is ordered at a vendor market or show, paid for, and the item is not received by the customer within 30 days the cost of that item is forfeit. We will take reasonable steps to contact the customer within that time period.
